"The Gruver State Bank" is chartered under the laws of the State of Texas and by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department of Banking. After first contacting Gruver State Bank, if you still have an unresolved complaint regarding the company's money transmission or currency exchange activity, consumers may file complaints with the Texas Department of Banking by contacting the Department through one of the means indicated below.

The Gruver State Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under the program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. NOW Accounts are not included.

The Gruver State Bank also engages in the business of selling checks as an agent for a company licensed under the laws of the State of Texas and is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department of Banking. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against Gruver State Bank concerning sale of checks activities should contact the Texas Department of Banking through one of the means below:
