the Texas Department of Banking. After first contacting Gruver State

The Gruver State Bank is participating in the FDIC's
Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under the program, through
June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully
guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage
under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and
separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit
insurance rules. NOW Accounts are not included.
The Gruver State Bank also engages in the
business of selling checks as an agent for a company licensed under
the laws
of the State of Texas and is subject to regulatory oversight by the
